No liability: Infokrieg.eu is not liable for the content of websites accessed via crawling. However, Infokrieg.eu is aware of the source and has verified that no damage to visitor devices is to be expected. (Source code analysis). Infokrieg accepts no liability for how users utilize the information provided. Misinterpretation of the data or its use for purposes outside of journalistic research and legitimate complaints is the sole responsibility of the respective user.

Furthermore, Infokrieg.eu is not responsible if US officials act unlawfully (under applicable US law, international law, the UN Charter, etc.) and are thereby publicly denounced, and their names become part of public wikis and other research tools containing name lists.

Just because US officials have publicly disgraced themselves through their illegal actions, Infokrieg.eu cannot be held liable for refraining from publishing known "agent names." Parallels to Official Arguments: Cooperation: Infokrieg.eu clearly supports the citizens of the United States of America, and of all over the world, who stand up against political, official, and legal "arbitrariness," "propaganda," "inhumanity," and "violations of international law" and draw attention to injustices through peaceful protests. We condemn worldwide violence against people! We condemn fascism, sexism, racism, violence of all kinds, and other criminal machinations/deeds/actions, etc.

Purpose of publication: The information provided on this website, including the names and rank titles of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers, serves solely journalistic purposes, historical documentation, and the maintenance of legal transparency. It is intended to enable citizens and affected parties to exercise their constitutional rights to petition and file complaints against officials.

No incitement to violence: This list is explicitly not an incitement to violence, intimidation, harassment, or other illegal acts against federal officials or their families. Infokrieg strictly condemns any misuse of this data to carry out unlawful acts.

Legitimate avenue for complaint: If you have witnessed misconduct by the aforementioned officials, please use the official US government channels to report abuse: acts.

DHS Office of Inspector General (OIG): Complaints about misconduct by Department of Homeland Security personnel can be submitted through the official OIG hotline portal.

ICE Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR): For specific complaints about ICE personnel, contact the appropriate internal investigations agency.
